Senior/Principal Scientist

- 10+ years of experience in CRO with hands-on experience in LCMS/Prep. HPLC/NMR/HPLC method development for NCE Molecules in analytical scale.
- Proficiency in various purification techniques.
- Strong understanding of various column chemistries.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, instrument maintenance, and calibration.
- Lead, train, coach, and mentor a team of motivated young scientists.
- Provide guidance and support across different shifts to ensure the timely delivery of analytical data to the chemistry team.
- Ready to work closely with motivated scientists, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
- Have a passion for Prep. HPLC/LCMS /NMR/HPLC analysis and characterization techniques, as well as being open to continuous learning and education.
- Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with people in other departments.
