Based out of Mumbai, we specialize in helping brands scale through Paid Media Advertising & Performance Marketing - driving visibility, revenue, sales, and strong ROAS across markets using advanced tools and technologies.

Role: Performance Marketing Executive

? Location: Mumbai (Remote flexibility available)

Required Work Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Qualifications -

What we’re looking for

- 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads)
- Strong market planning, research & communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
- Ability to deeply analyze data,



strategize campaigns & optimize performance
- Solid Knowledge of Meta Pixel, GA4 & conversion tracking
- Understanding of CPA, ROAS, CTR & CPC
- Experience with A/B testing creatives & audiences
- Detailed reporting in Excel / Google Sheets
- Understanding of & experience with e-commerce & lead-generation funnels
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Google Analytics / AdWords certification is a plus
