We Are Hiring: Senior Patent Paralegal

We are looking for a Senior Patent Paralegal to join our team in Noida. The role covers end-to-end patent lifecycle management, PCT national phase work, and independent handling of design portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

- Filing & Portfolio Management: Ordinary, Convention, PCT National Phase Applications.
- PCT Filings: Familiarity with e-PCT portal and requirements.
- Prosecution Support: Post-filing compliances; Assistance with FER responses, pre-grant & post-grant oppositions, and associated documentation.
- Docketing & Statutory Compliance: Management of critical deadlines, annuities, Form 27, FFL, and recordals.
- Design Prosecution: Independent handling of design filings and prosecution.

Who We Are Looking For:





- 4+ years of core experience in Indian patent and design prosecution.
- Deep working knowledge of the Patents Act, 1970, the Designs Act, 2000, and their relevant rules.
- Hands-on proficiency with IP docketing software and electronic filing portals.
- Robust attention to detail and sharp deadline management.
