? We’re Hiring | Senior Operations Executive – First & Last Mile

BharatShip is looking for an experienced Senior Operations Executive to take ownership of our First Mile & Last Mile operations and ensure smooth, efficient and timely shipment movement.

? Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor First Mile & Last Mile operations

Coordin ate with courier partners, pickup teams and delivery teams* Track s hipment movement, delays, exceptions and operational issues* Handle

NDR, RTO and delivery-related escalations* Ensure timely pickups, deliveries and SLA adherence* Coordin ate with internal teams and logistics partners* Analyze operational performance and identify improvement areas* Prepare daily operational reports and MIS* Resolve customer and partner escalations efficiently

? What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in logistics / courier / e-commerce operations





Strong understanding of First Mile & Last Mile operations* Experie nce with courier aggregators / 3PL / logistics companies preferred* Good co mmunication and problem-solving skills* Strong knowledge of Excel/MIS and operational reporting* Ability to work in a rapid-paced startup environment
