Role Description The Senior .NET Developer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The person in this role designs, develops, and maintains .NET-based applications, ensuring clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets business and technical requirements. Daily responsibilities include participating in requirements analysis, creating technical designs, implementing new features, fixing defects, and optimizing application performance.

The Senior .NET Developer collaborates with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA engineers, and project managers,



to deliver solutions on schedule and within scope. The role also involves reviewing code, mentoring junior developers, adhering to best practices and coding standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in .NET technologies (e.g., C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core) and experience developing web and enterprise applications.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience integrating back-end services with user interfaces.
- Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server), writing complex queries, and optimizing database performance.
- Skills in software design, object-oriented programming, and use of design patterns to build scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), build/deployment pipelines, and Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to analyze requirements, estimate tasks, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear technical documentation.
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring developers and collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
