We are looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser to join our Head Office team and manage garment orders from product development through production and final shipment.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in apparel merchandising, export garments, buyer communication, product development, costing, sampling, order execution, and production follow-up.

This is a hands-on role requiring close coordination with international buyers, factories, Production, PPC, Quality, Design, Sourcing, and Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage assigned garment orders from development to shipment.
- Communicate directly with buyers and understand their requirements, specifications, and timelines.
- Handle tech packs, specifications, BOM, measurements, artwork, trims, fabrics, and sample comments.
- Coordinate and follow up on development samples, fit samples, PP samples, size sets, and shipment samples.
- Prepare and follow up on costing, quotations, order confirmations, and T&A; (Time & Action) calendars.
- Coordinate fabric, trims, accessories, and other materials required for production.
- Work closely with Production and PPC to ensure orders are progressing as per the agreed delivery schedule.
- Monitor production status and proactively identify potential delays.
- Coordinate with Quality teams to ensure buyer quality requirements are understood and followed.
- Review samples and production progress against approved specifications and buyer comments.
- Maintain accurate order status, costing, approvals, and shipment records.
- Coordinate with logistics/dispatch teams to ensure timely shipment.
- Handle buyer queries, approvals, changes,



and follow-ups throughout the order lifecycle.
- Maintain strong relationships with buyers and internal teams.

Key Result Areas (KRA)
- Buyer Management: Maintain robust buyer relationships, ensure timely communication, and manage queries, comments, and approvals.
- Product Development: Own sampling and product development from tech pack/enquiry to final approval.
- Costing & Commercials: Prepare accurate costing, negotiate effectively, and achieve targeted order margins.
- Order Execution: Own orders from confirmation to shipment, ensuring T&A; milestones and delivery timelines are met.
- Production Coordination: Coordinate with PPC, Production, Quality, and Sourcing to ensure smooth and timely order execution.
- Quality & Shipment: Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, minimize quality issues, and achieve on-time shipment.

Overall KRA: End-to-end ownership of assigned orders, ensuring on-time delivery, buyer satisfaction, quality compliance, and targeted profitability. Pay: ₹30,260.94 - ₹48,719.67 per month
