Marketing Executive – Event Management

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential business opportunities, developing client relationships, promoting our event management services, and expanding business opportunities, with a major focus on corporate and wedding events.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field marketing, networking, referrals, and direct client outreach.
- Identify and find prospects for upcoming and large-scale events in the market, including corporate events, weddings, conferences, exhibitions, and other major functions.
- Research the market to identify companies, institutions, hotels, wedding planners, and potential clients planning upcoming events.
- Focus on generating business for corporate events and wedding events.
- Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and corporate visits.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and promote suitable event services.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and proposals to achieve conversions.
- Develop partnerships with corporates, hotels, wedding planners, and institutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain daily updates on leads, prospects, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth execution of client requirements.





Incentive-Based Opportunity This is an incentive-based role. In addition to the fixed salary, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to earn performance-based incentives based on successful lead conversions, client acquisitions, and business generated.

- Good knowledge of the Calicut/Kozhikode market will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualification & Experience Any Degree; candidates with a Marketing-related qualification are preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or a related field.

Experience in event management, corporate sales, or wedding/event-related business development will be an advantage.

Only Calicut-based candidates will be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
