Role Overview

We are hiring a qualified Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of experience in Statutory Audits, especially for listed entities in the manufacturing and IT sectors. The candidate must have strong leadership skills, and working knowledge of IND AS and Auditing Standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight of multiple audits and the development of the audit team by:

· Leading high-profile audit engagements and ensuring compliance with standards.

· Allocating resources effectively and overseeing the execution of audit plans.

· Reviewing and signing off on audit reports, focusing on significant findings.

· Providing mentorship and development opportunities for Audit Managers and junior staff.

· Engaging with clients to discuss audit results and recommend process improvements.

· Monitoring industry changes and updating audit methodologies as necessary.

· Ensuring value addition to the client and excellence in every assignment.





· Keeping your knowledge up to date and conduct Seminars/trainings for clients/articles and managers as and when required.

· Informing the Reporting Partner of all the critical/important issues regarding the clients you are managing.

Qualifications/Required Skill Set

· Chartered Accountant (CA) with mandatory 3-5 years post-qualification experience in statutory audits.

· Strong understanding of auditing standards, IND AS, and regulatory compliance.

· CISA/DISA certifications are an added advantage.

· Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Hands-on experience in working with ERP systems.

Experience Required

1. Experience of working with clients across multiple sectors.
2. Mandatory experience of working on audits of listed entities.
3. Experience in handling Ind AS assignments.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Additional certifications such as Forensic Accounting, DISA, CISA, CS, or similar qualifications will be preferred.
6. Experience in leading and managing a team of 6–8 employees.
7. Experience of undergoing or handling internal and/or external quality reviews.
