Position Summary The Senior Manager IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity is responsible for planning, implementing, securing, and managing the organization's entire IT infrastructure landscape, including network, server infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, Office 365, end-user computing, IT asset lifecycle, and information security governance.

The role is accountable for ensuring high availability of IT services, protecting organizational information assets, maintaining ISO 27001 compliance, driving cybersecurity initiatives, and leading the IT infrastructure and support teams to

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage enterprise IT infrastructure and cybersecurity strategy.
- Manage servers, cloud, storage, virtualization, backup, DR and business continuity.
- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, SD-WAN, firewalls, network security and connectivity.
- Lead cybersecurity including EDR/XDR, IAM, MFA, PAM, DLP, SIEM, vulnerability management and incident response.
- Drive ISO 27001 ISMS implementation, audits, risk management and compliance.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune and Defender.
- Manage IT asset lifecycle, CMDB, software licensing and periodic audits.
- Lead Helpdesk/Desktop Support with SLA-driven service delivery.
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness,



phishing simulations and IT policy training.
- Manage IT vendors, MSPs, contracts, SLAs and technology evaluations.
- Prepare and control IT infrastructure budgets and optimize technology costs.
- Lead infrastructure, network, cybersecurity and support teams; define KPIs and develop talent.

Required Technical Skills

- Infrastructure: Windows Server, Linux, VMware/Hyper-V, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Storage, Backup, DR, Cloud.
- Networking: Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba/Sophos, VLAN, Routing, Switching, VPN, SD-WAN, Wireless.
- Cybersecurity: SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, PAM, MFA, DLP, VAPT, SOC, Microsoft Defender, Zero Trust.
- Microsoft: Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Entra ID, PowerShell.
- ITSM: Incident, Problem & Change Management, ServiceNow/ManageEngine/Jira, ITIL.
- Compliance: ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, ITGC and Risk Management.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or related field; Masters preferred.
- 1015 years of IT experience with 5–7 years in an IT infrastructure leadership role.
- Experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 and ISO 27001.
- Manufacturing setting experience preferred.
