About Latinum:

Latinum is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – HR Operations for a client to lead end-to-end HR Shared Services and Employee Services delivery. The role will be responsible for driving efficient, employee-centric, scalable, and compliant HR operations across the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in HR Operations, shared services, service delivery, process transformation, HR technology, governance, and people leadership, preferably within a large-scale BPO/BPM, ITeS, GBS, or Shared Services setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end HR Operations and Employee Services across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, employee data changes, exits, and final settlements.
- Drive service delivery performance against SLAs, KPIs, TAT, accuracy, and employee experience metrics.
- Lead HR helpdesk, case management, escalations, knowledge management, and self-service initiatives.
- Drive process standardization, governance, controls, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Manage HR data integrity, reporting, dashboards, and operational analytics.




- Lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, automation, RPA, and GenAI.
- Partner with HRBPs, COEs, Payroll, Finance, IT, and HR Technology teams.
- Lead and develop multi-location teams, ensuring effective capacity, productivity, and performance management.
- Support HR Operations transitions and managed services delivery where applicable.

Required Experience & Skills

- 12–18+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or Employee Services.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes and HR service delivery.
- Experience in large-scale BPO/BPM, ITeS, GBS, or Shared Services environments preferred.
- Exposure to Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, and/or ServiceNow HRSD.
- Strong understanding of SLA/KPI governance, case management, HRIS, compliance, process excellence, and automation.
- Proven people leadership and senior stakeholder management experience.
- MBA/PG in HR preferred.
