About the organisationKeynote Capitals Limited operates in India's regulated financial-services ecosystem. The organisation's activities include institutional stock broking, depository operations, capital-markets services and investment activities, with finance support extending to assigned group entities. The finance function works closely with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Company Secretarial, Tax, Audit and senior management.

Role purposeThis role is the senior execution and control lead for Finance & Accounts, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Managing Director. The incumbent will own the accuracy and timeliness of books, financial close, reporting, reconciliations, taxation, treasury controls, audit readiness and finance inputs to regulatory submissions for Keynote Capitals Limited and assigned group entities.

The position requires hands-on command of stock-broking finance, a strong control mindset and the ability to translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into reliable processes, clear management information and timely action.

1. Chartered Accountant (CA) - Preferred OR CMA / Cost Accountant OR M.Com OR MBA (Finance) OR B.Com with relevant experience

Experience
1. 7-12 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
2. Minimum 4-5 years in a Stock Broking, Depository Participant, Investment Banking, Asset Management, or Capital Market setting.
3. Experience handling multiple group entities or subsidiaries is highly preferred.
