Overview Of The Role

As a Manager / Senior Manager – Delivery at AVIZVA, you will be responsible for driving successful delivery and managing key client relationships across assigned engagements. The role will focus on delivery governance, account management, process excellence, stakeholder management and team leadership.

The ideal candidate should be a well-organized and process-focused delivery leader with solid client management skills and a good understanding of technology delivery.

Job Responsibilities

- Own delivery and overall account health for assigned client engagements, ensuring commitments are met across scope, timelines, quality and customer expectations.
- Act as the primary interface for key client stakeholders and build strong, trusted relationships across business and technology teams.
- Lead governance, periodic reviews and delivery discussions,



ensuring clear communication of progress, priorities, risks and key decisions.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement to enhance delivery predictability, efficiency and transparency.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Engineering Leads and other stakeholders to ensure effective execution and alignment with client priorities, using tools such as Jira for delivery tracking and visibility.
- Monitor key delivery and account metrics and provide insights to internal leadership for informed decision-making.
- Support account planning, scope discussions, estimation and change requests as required.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of experience in IT, Product Engineering or Technology Services.
- 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, Account Management or similar leadership roles.
- Strong experience managing enterprise client engagements and technology delivery.
- Lead and mentor teams, fostering accountability, collaboration and a strong delivery culture.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good understanding of modern technology and delivery practices.
