WE ARE HIRING | SENIOR MANAGER – ACCOUNTS & MIS (SAP)

We are looking for an experienced and highly competent Senior Manager – Accounts & MIS to join our team in New Delhi.

We are specifically looking for someone who is strong in accounting through SAP and can independently build, analyse and present management MIS from SAP data.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and review accounting operations on SAP – [MODULE/ERP VERSION]
- Prepare comprehensive MIS reports for management
- Monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow analysis
- Receivables & Payables ageing and working capital analysis
- Inventory and stock-related MIS
- Budget vs.



Actual analysis and variance reporting
- Sales, profitability, cost and expense analysis
- Management dashboards and business performance reports
- Identify trends, deviations and key financial insights from SAP data
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely closure of accounts
- Coordinate with various departments for financial data and reporting
- Develop and improve accounting/MIS processes for better management decision-making

Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience

Qualification

- B.Com (Hons.) / M.Com
- CA Intermediate Passed candidates preferred

Must-Have Skills:
- Strong practical knowledge of SAP-based accounting
- Excellent understanding of accounting & financial statements
- Strong MIS preparation and analytical skills
- Advanced MS Excel
- Ability to independently analyse large volumes of financial data
- Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting and business operations

Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial companies will be preferred.
