Designation: Senior Executive - Legal (Land Litigation)

Job Location: Ashram Road, Ahmedabad

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Legal Qualified with expertise in land litigation , revenue matters, and real estate laws . The role involves independently handling litigation, coordinating with government authorities and advocates, supporting land acquisition activities, and ensuring legal compliance for development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle land litigation matters before Revenue Authorities, Civil Courts, High Court, GRT, SSRD, and other statutory authorities.
- Draft and review legal notices, pleadings, appeals, affidavits, legal opinions, and other legal documents.




- Manage land revenue, RTS, tenancy, NA permissions, title verification, due diligence, and land acquisition matters.
- Coordinate with advocates, government departments, and revenue authorities while advising management on legal strategy.
- Conduct legal research, maintain litigation records, and ensure compliance with applicable land and property laws.

Key Requirements:

- LL.B./LL.M. with 5+ years of experience in Land Litigation, preferably with a Real Estate Developer.
