Senior Mainframe Developer / Technical ArchitectExperience: 8+ Years
Domain: Banking / Insurance / Regulated Legacy Applications
- 8+ years of experience as a Senior Mainframe Developer or Technical Architect.
- Strong experience delivering and supporting mission-critical legacy applications.
- Hands-on expertise in PL/I, COBOL, JCL, CICS and IBM z/OS batch and online processing.
- Robust knowledge of VSAM (KSDS, ESDS, RRDS), Datacom/Broadcom DB and DB2.
- Experience in legacy-code analysis, reverse engineering, module/dependency mapping and data-flow analysis.
- Expertise in coding, unit testing and technical documentation.
- Experience in requirements analysis, low-level design, SIT/UAT support and defect resolution.
- Experience with release implementation, production support and post-cutover monitoring.
- Banking, insurance, or other regulated industry experience preferred.
