Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Legal Associate Immigration Paralegal with strong, hands-on experience in U.S. immigration petition drafting and case strategy.

This is a drafting-focused role for candidates who have actually worked on preparing and drafting O-1A, EB-1A, and NIW petitions. Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to evidence collection, document organization, or administrative case support may not be the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft and prepare O-1A, EB-1A, NIW petitions and supporting legal documents.
- Develop compelling case narratives and legal arguments based on the applicant's profile.
- Analyze client profiles and evidence to identify strengths, gaps, and case strategy.
- Independently manage cases from initial preparation through final filing.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to obtain and organize required information.
- Review evidence and determine how it should be presented to strengthen the petition.
- Conduct relevant legal research and incorporate findings into case preparation.




- Ensure petitions are accurate, well-structured, persuasive, and filing-ready.
- Manage multiple cases while maintaining timelines and quality standards.
- Take ownership of case strategy, drafting, review, and overall case progression.

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of relevant U.S. immigration paralegal/legal experience.
- Strong hands-on petition drafting experience.
- Experience with O-1A / EB-1A / NIW cases is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of U.S. immigration petition requirements and case preparation.
- Ability to independently analyze a case and develop a suitable strategy.
- Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working as a Case Manager or independently handling immigration cases will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Important Note Drafting experience is a key requirement for this position.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have personally drafted immigration petitions and case narratives, rather than candidates whose experience is primarily focused on evidence collection and document organization.
