Key Responsibilities Client Conversion & Pitching: Meet prospective clients, understand their space requirements, present design proposals, and successfully close design contracts.

Space

Planning & Concept Design: Create detailed 2D/3D layouts, mood boards, and aesthetic concepts tailored to client needs and budgets. Site & Project Management: Coordinate material selections, vendors, and contractors to ensure design execution matches client-approved specifications.

Relationship Management:



Act as the single point of contact for clients from initial discovery calls through project completion.

Key Requirements 1) 2 years of experience in interior design, site execution, and client-facing sales/pitching. 2)Proficiency in 2D/3D design tools (AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar). 3)Solid communication, persuasion, and closing skills.

- In-depth knowledge of interior materials, hardware, and estimation costs.
