About Position:

We are seeking an Integration Support Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience in Healthcare Interoperability, HL7 Integration, Mirth Connect, and SMART on FHIR solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining healthcare integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange between healthcare applications and systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, healthcare domain knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams.

What You'll Do:

- Develop, configure, and support healthcare integration solutions using HL7 and Mirth Connect.
- Design, implement, and maintain SMART on FHIR integrations and interoperability solutions.
- Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to healthcare interfaces and integrations.
- Monitor interface performance and ensure reliable data exchange between systems.
- Support implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of healthcare integration workflows.
- Work closely with project stakeholders and client teams to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed within schedule and budget constraints.
- Document technical solutions, integration designs, troubleshooting guides, and support procedures.
- Participate in testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and production validation.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and support teams to deliver high-quality integration solutions.
- Escalate risks, issues, and blockers to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
