Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead the design and execution of interior projects, with a focus on integrating innovative spatial concepts into immersive and technology-driven environments. This full-time, on-site role is based in Vijayawada and involves managing end-to-end design processes, from client briefings and concept development to detailed drawings, material specifications, and coordination with architecture and construction teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing space plans, interior layouts, and FF&E; selections, reviewing construction drawings for accuracy,



and ensuring design intent is maintained during execution.

The Senior Interior

Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors, oversee site visits and quality checks, and present design proposals and revisions to stakeholders. The role also includes mentoring junior designers, maintaining project timelines and budgets, and contributing to the integration of AR/VR visualizations into design presentations where relevant.

Qualifications

- Robust Interior Design and Architecture skills, including experience leading design concepts from schematic to final execution.
- Proficiency in Space Planning and FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, with an eye for functional, aesthetic, and brand-aligned solutions.
- Ability to develop and review detailed Construction Drawings and documentation, ensuring compliance with building codes and project standards.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and vendors for interior fit-outs, materials, and finishes.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Advanced skills in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools).
- Strong project management capabilities, including budget tracking, timeline management, and multi-project coordination.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-disciplinary teams.
- Experience with technology-integrated spaces or interest in AR/VR
