Job Title: Senior IT Recruiter

Location: KPHB – 5th Phase, Hyderabad

Shift Timings: Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM | Saturday: 8:30 AM–1:30 PM

We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and capable of managing recruitment activities independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to offer management and successful placement.
- Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist qualified candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct cold calling, candidate engagement, and initial screening to identify suitable candidates.
- Source profiles through various job portals, including Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and other relevant platforms.
- Utilize multiple sourcing techniques such as headhunting, employee referrals, social networking, database mining, and job postings.
- Coordinate and schedule client interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure timely collection of interview feedback.




- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in internal databases and recruitment trackers.
- Work closely with Account Managers to understand hiring requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Participate in weekly meetings and prepare weekly recruitment reports and hiring updates.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions while meeting quality and productivity targets.

- Experience in team handling, mentoring, or guiding junior recruiters.
- Ability to coordinate recruitment activities and support team members in achieving hiring targets.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with IT recruitment and multiple sourcing methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Solid follow-up and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
