Senior HR Manager

Role Overview

We are a growing wellness company that operates luxury spa, wellness, and beauty outlets with major hotels, airports and palaces across the country. We are looking for a mature, hands-on HR Manager who will take complete ownership of the entire HR function—from hiring and systems to culture, compliance, and people development (KRA, KPI, Performance Management and more).

This role goes beyond execution. You will act as a people leader, problem solver, and strategic partner, responsible for building teams, strengthening processes, and ensuring a healthy, scalable organisation.

Key ResponsibilitiesOverall HR Ownership & Leadership

- Take end-to-end ownership of the HR function, including people strategy, operations, and culture
- Act as the single point of accountability for HR outcomes across the organisation
- Partner closely with founders and leadership on workforce planning and organisational growth
- Identify gaps in people, process, or structure and drive solutions independently
- Build, manage, and mentor the HR team while ensuring accountability and delivery

Talent Acquisition & Institute Partnerships

- Lead structured, high-quality hiring for interns and full-time roles across functions
- Ensure hiring decisions align with long-term business and cultural goals
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with educational institutes, including:
- Management colleges
- Hospitality and wellness institutes
- Aviation and service-oriented institutes
- Oversee campus hiring programs, internships, and talent pipelines
- Guide hiring managers on interview processes, assessments, and decision-making

HR Operations, Documentation & Governance

- Own and continuously strengthen HR documentation, policies, and compliance
- Draft, implement, and maintain:
- Offer and appointment letters
- Employment contracts and confirmations
- HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks




- Ensure statutory and labour law compliance
- Manage payroll, attendance, leave, and statutory coordination with vendors and consultants

Employee Lifecycle, Culture & Well-being

- Own the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
- Lead onboarding, performance reviews, appraisals, and grievance handling
- Drive employee engagement, feedback systems, and wellness initiatives
- Maintain a fair, empathetic, and performance-oriented workplace culture

Systems, AI & Continuous Improvement

- Implement and manage HRMS, ATS, and digital HR tools
- Use AI-enabled solutions to improve hiring, reporting, engagement, and efficiency
- Lead the creation and rollout of SOPs, process manuals, and training programs
- Build scalable HR systems that reduce dependency on individuals and increase consistency
- Track HR metrics, analyse trends, and present insights to leadership

What We’re Looking For

- 5–10 years of experience in HR Manager or Senior HR roles
- Proven experience in owning the complete HR function
- Strong managerial, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability and maturity in handling complex people matters
- Demonstrated experience in implementing HR systems, SOPs, and training programs
- Preferred experience using AI and technology-enabled HR tools
- Define KRAs, and KPIs for positions and people and implement tools to manage them
- Experience in quality hiring and institute partnerships
- Transparent, confident English communication and strong interpersonal skills
- High integrity, accountability, and discretion
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, management, or related field preferred
- Experience in wellness, hospitality, healthcare, or service-driven sectors is a plus
- Team Building, Ownership and willingness to work beyond work hours in a fast-paced environment
