We're hiring a Senior HR Manager who can build the HR function, not just run it.

Robokidz is a fast-growing education group operating multiple brands and business units across EdTech and children's learning — from online courses to a national network of physical learning centres, retail and franchise operations, including our flagship Young Engineers' Academy (YEA!), where children learn robotics, STEM, AI and coding hands-on.

We're scaling fast across businesses and geographies. We need someone to own People end to end — and to hunt down the talent that gets us there.

What you'll own

- Talent acquisition (your biggest lever): Own hiring across corporate, centres and franchise network — sourcing, employer branding, closing. You should be able to find and close outstanding people without waiting on consultants.
- Policy & compliance: Build, refresh and enforce the HR policy suite. PF/ESI, POSH, labour law, statutory audits, documentation — airtight.
- Performance & rewards: Run the PMS cycle, goal-setting, appraisals, and a compensation structure that rewards outcomes.
- Learning & development: Build capability across teams — from centre staff to leadership.
- Employee relations & culture: Onboarding, engagement, grievance redressal, retention. Be the person people trust.
- HR operations:



Payroll coordination, HRIS, MIS and people dashboards that the leadership actually uses.

What we're looking for

- 5–10 years in HR, with at least 2–3 in a generalist or HR leadership role
- A proven talent hunter — you have personally sourced and closed hard-to-fill roles
- Strong hands-on experience writing and implementing HR policies, not just administering someone else's
- Working knowledge of Indian labour law and statutory compliance
- Hustler mindset — comfortable in ambiguity, moves fast, owns outcomes, doesn't wait to be told
- Multi-location, retail, education or franchise experience is a strong plus
- Fluent with AI tools in day-to-day work — at Robokidz this is an expectation, not a bonus
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred, not mandatory if the track record is there
