– HR Manager Position: HR Manager Department: Human Resources Location: Jaipur Experience: 5–8 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR policies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete HR operations and day-to-day employee-related activities.

Handle recruitment, interview coordination, selection, onboarding, and joining formalities. Manage attendance, leave, employee records, and HR documentation. Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for salary processing and payroll-related activities.

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and procedures. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.

Conduct performance management, appraisals, and employee feedback processes. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.



Manage employee engagement, training, and development activities. Prepare HR reports, MIS, and management dashboards.

Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower planning and workforce requirements. Ensure proper implementation of company rules, policies, and disciplinary procedures.

SkillsStrong knowledge of HR operations and labour laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valuable leadership and team-management abilities. Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee relations. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Qualification MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.

CandidateExperience in manufacturing/industrial organization will be an advantage. Strong hands-on experience in HR operations and compliance. Ability to independently manage the HR function and HR team.
