Senior Group Manager F&A; Ops (RTR + PTP & OTC) - 100% WFO - Pune (Shift Window: 4:00 PM to 3:00 AM)

Preferred Experience: RTR + PTP with familiarity across a third F&A; tower i.e. OTC and experience managing global teams and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Key role in the F&A; Operations leadership team, responsible for driving business outcomes and ensuring delivery within SLA commitments with a strong focus on client management, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, team development, and business growth.
- The role requires a strategic F&A; professional with deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and Record-to-Report (RTR) processes, excellent stakeholder management skills, strong executive presence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex and technology-driven BPM environment.




- Strong domain knowledge and client acumen are essential.

1. Working experience in RTR and PTP towers, along with familiarity with a third F&A; tower (OTC or equivalent).
2. Excellent communication skills and demonstrated client management experience with a strong orientation toward governance, compliance, controls, and continuous improvement.

- Client Interaction

1. Excellent client management capabilities with a focus on achieving superior Voice of Customer (VOC) scores. Build trusted client relationships, support account growth initiatives, identify opportunities for value creation, and contribute to business expansion and ramp-ups.

Process Management

- Responsible for management and coordination of overall operations, SLA delivery across RTR and PTP processes, quality management, governance, and general administration for a key strategic client. Manage client governance meetings, conference calls, operational reviews, and executive communications while building strong rapport with key client stakeholders.

- Team Management and People Development

1. Lead and motivate a team of Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and process specialists. Ensure their development through coaching, mentoring, performance feedback, and career development initiatives.

2. Support learning and development programs, employee engagement activities,



coaching and counseling, and retention initiatives.
3. Effectively implement rewards, recognition, appraisal, and incentive programs.
4. Foster collaboration through cross-functional teams and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Competencies / Skill Set

- Experience working in milestone-driven and deadline-oriented environments.
- Strong understanding of PTP and RTR operational metrics, procure-to-pay controls, AP operations, vendor management, reconciliations, financial close activities compliance, and governance requirements.

- Ability to influence senior leadership, collaborate across functions, and drive issue resolution.
- Experience coaching leaders and large operational teams to achieve business objectives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven business and commercial acumen.
- Experience supporting business growth, client retention, and recent business initiatives.

- Strong internal collaboration with Transformation, Technology, Projects, and Enterprise Units to meet SLA and operational excellence standards.

Transition & Transformation Support

- Responsible for ensuring optimal infrastructure and resource utilization aligned with business requirements and new process migrations.
- Lead a large people management portfolio while ensuring talent development, succession planning, and leadership pipeline creation.

- Drive transformation through process standardization, harmonization, automation initiatives, RPA deployment, analytics, Power BI, and digital transformation programs.
