Growth at Housy is not about followers, impressions, or brand awareness dashboards. Growth means paying customers who book repeatedly. You will own the complete demand engine -from the first impression in a housing society to the third booking that turns a trial customer into a subscription user.

Housy operates on a hub model with a 5 km service radius. Every rupee you spend must be traceable to a booking in a specific neighborhood. You will run hyperlocal campaigns across online and offline channels, optimize CAC below ₹150, engineer referral loops that compound, and build the hub launch playbooks that get new locations from zero to 50+ orders per day within 90 days.

If you think growth is about creative briefs and agency management, this is not your role. If you think growth is about unit economics, funnel conversion, and density engineering, this is exactly your role.

Key Responsibilities

- Own Housy’s entire demand generation engine across all active and upcoming hubs- online, offline, and referral
- Plan and execute hyperlocal campaigns: society activations, door-to-door canvassing, RWA partnerships, local events, pamphlet distribution




- Run and optimize performance marketing across Meta and Google with real budget responsibility- geo-targeted to 5 km hub radius
- Design and iterate offer structures, first-booking funnels, and pricing experiments that drive trial and conversion
- Build and own the referral engine- structure, economics, tracking, and continuous optimization
- Engineer the subscription conversion funnel- move one-time customers to weekly and daily plans that drive MRR
- Track and own hub-level unit economics: CAC, LTV, payback period, blended AOV, repeat rate, subscription penetration
- Build the 90-day hub launch playbook- Phase 1 activation (15–20 OPD), Phase 2 density (30–40 OPD), Phase 3 maturity (50–70 OPD)
- Manage content strategy and social presence- Instagram as primary channel, Reels-first, authentic service content
- Coordinate with ops and supply teams to ensure growth does not outpace fulfillment capacity
