About the RoleWe are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in Mysore. The ideal candidate will have strong visual communication skills, excellent design sensibility, and the ability to independently conceptualize and execute high-quality creative assets across digital, print, social media, branding, and events.

Experience working with healthcare, hospitals, medical conferences, pharmaceutical brands, or healthcare communication will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and visual designs for digital and print campaigns.
- Design social media creatives, advertisements, reels/thumbnails, presentations, brochures, flyers, posters, and event collateral.
- Create branding and communication materials for healthcare organizations, hospitals, medical conferences, and corporate clients.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, video, and business development teams.
- Convert briefs and ideas into compelling visual concepts.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Prepare artwork for digital publishing and high-quality print production.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, events, websites, social media, and marketing initiatives.
- Review and improve designs based on client/team feedback.
- Stay updated with current design trends,



typography, layouts, AI-assisted design tools, and digital content formats.

Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of skilled graphic design experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with Figma, Canva, After Effects/Premiere Pro will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent knowledge of social media design formats and digital marketing creatives.
- Ability to work independently from concept to final artwork.
- Strong attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and multiple projects.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
