Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi. This role is responsible for developing and executing visual concepts for product packaging, marketing campaigns, digital assets, and brand collateral that reflect Sterling Naturals’ premium positioning. Day-to-day tasks include creating and refining designs, collaborating with marketing and product teams, managing multiple design projects, and maintaining visual consistency across all touchpoints.

contribute to brand strategy from a visual perspective, and ensure all deliverables meet high creative and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing premium, brand-aligned work.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout principles for both print and digital media.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
- Proven experience in leading design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality work under time constraints.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in beauty, personal care, or lifestyle brands is HIGHLY PREFERRED.
