Role OverviewWe're hiring a Senior Motion Designer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience to create and edit engaging motion graphics and video content for social media. You'll be responsible for turning ideas and raw footage into scroll-stopping content that aligns with brand identity and performs across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and animate motion graphics for Reels, Shorts, Stories, and feed posts
- Edit raw video footage into polished, publish-ready social media content
- Create engaging typography animations, transitions, and visual effects
- Collaborate with the content/marketing team to translate briefs into compelling visuals
- Maintain brand consistency (colors, fonts, style) across all motion content
- Optimize content formats and specs for different social platforms
- Stay updated on social media trends, motion design trends, and platform algorithm changes
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
- Organize and maintain project files, templates, and assets for efficient workflow

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in motion design / video editing




- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator for supporting graphics
- Solid understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, pacing)
- Experience creating content specifically for social media (not just long-form video)
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, and current design trends
- Ability to work independently and manage tight turnaround times
- A portfolio/reel demonstrating relevant social media motion design work is required

Good to Have
- Experience with Cinema 4D or other 3D motion tools
- Basic sound design / audio syncing skills
- Familiarity with content trends across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Prior experience in an agency or fast-paced marketing team environment
