Role Description The Senior German Language Trainer (Internship) will deliver on-site German language instruction in Delhi, India, focusing on levels A1 to B2 for nursing and Ausbildung candidates. The role includes designing and conducting interactive classroom sessions, preparing lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with exam and employer requirements, and assessing learner progress through tests, assignments, and feedback.



The trainer will guide learners on language use in real-life professional settings, especially healthcare and technical fields, and collaborate with the training team to maintain consistent standards across multiple batches.

Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate training records, supporting curriculum enhancement, and providing mentoring to learners to help them succeed in language exams and interviews.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Language Teaching and Teaching skills, with proven experience in delivering German language courses.
- Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Education skills to design structured, outcome-focused training sessions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of German Literature or related cultural content to enrich classroom learning and context.
- Advanced proficiency in German (preferably C1 or above) with relevant certifications (e.g., Goethe, TELC, TestDaF) is highly beneficial.
- Prior experience training learners for German language exams (A1–B2) and for migration or international placements is an advantage.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse learner groups.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in German Studies, Languages, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Delhi and manage multiple batches with a structured and learner-centered approach.
