? Role: Sr. Software Engineer (Full Stack - AI)

? Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

? Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE 3) to design, build, and lead full-stack engineering efforts across our web applications. This role combines strong individual technical contribution with mentoring and team management responsibilities, and requires someone who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React and .NET Core.
- Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Integrate AI capabilities and AI-driven workflows into product features.




- Mentor SDE 1/2 engineers; conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.
- Lead small to mid-sized engineering teams, owning delivery timelines and quality.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to define technical requirements.
- Drive engineering best practices: clean code, testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root-cause analysis.

Required Skills:

- 4–7 years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in React (frontend) and .NET Core (backend).
- Strong hands-on proficiency in JavaScript and CSS, with a good understanding of UI/design structure and component-based architecture.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, DevOps, etc.).
- Practical experience building or integrating AI workflows/AI-powered features.
- Proven ability to mentor engineers and manage/lead a team.
- Solid ownership mindset — able to work independently and drive projects to completion.
- Good understanding of system design, scalability, and security practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Required (continued):

- Hands-on experience with LLM-based tools, prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks is mandatory, not optional.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Prior experience in a tech lead or team lead capacity.
