We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with React Native expertise to join our remote engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining both web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web and mobile applications.
- Build modern, responsive, and SEO-friendly frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Develop robust backend systems, APIs, and microservices using Node.js and NestJS.
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Design, optimize, and manage databases using MongoDB and MySQL.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, authentication systems, and external services.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.




- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA teams, and other developers in an Agile environment.
- Follow best coding standards, documentation practices, code reviews, and CI/CD processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Frontend Development

- Strong hands-on experience with:

React.js

Next.js

JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript

HTML5, CSS3

Tailwind CSS and Material UI

- Experience in building responsive, reusable, and scalable frontend architectures.

Mobile Application Development

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in:

React Native development

Android and iOS application deployment

Google Play Store and Apple App Store release processes

Push notifications and mobile integrations

Mobile app performance optimization and debugging

Backend Development

- Strong expertise in:

Node.js

NestJS

REST APIs and Microservices Architecture

Authentication and Authorization (JWT, OAuth)

Database Management

- Extensive experience with:

MongoDB

MySQL

Database schema design and optimization

Query performance tuning and indexing

Cloud & DevOps

- Hands-on experience with:

AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront, Route53, SES, Lambda, etc.)

Application deployment and server management

Docker and containerized deployments

CI/CD pipelines





Git and version control systems

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on SaaS platforms and large-scale applications.
- Experience with real-time systems and third-party integrations.
- Understanding of software architecture and scalable system design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proven experience in delivering both web and mobile applications from development to production deployment.
- Experience handling complete application lifecycle management, including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Candidates available for immediate joining or serving a short notice period will be preferred.
