Configure, monitor, and optimize IIS web servers, application pools, caching, and deployment environments. Basic Qualification : Minimum 10+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture using Microsoft technologies. Minimum 7+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration, database design, and performance tuning.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in SQL query optimization, indexing, execution plan analysis, and database troubleshooting.
