- Hands-on Google Cloud (GCP) product delivery (design/build/run in production) – not only custom development hosted on GCP.
- Strong experience with an Object-Oriented Programming Language (e.g., Python, Java/JVM, Node.js).
- GCP engineering fundamentals: Cloud Run and/or GKE, IaC (Terraform), CI/CD, observability, and security basics (IAM, OAuth2/OIDC, secrets).
- Domain depth in 1 or more: Customer 360 (customer data unification on GCP), CCAI/Contact Center (Contact Center AI/CCaaS and integrations), Cloud modernization (GKE, Apigee, migration/modern engineering), Data &

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hands-on, client-facing technology role (e.g., Cloud Engineer, Solution Architect, Software Engineer, Technology Consultant).

- Minimum of 2-3 years of practical, hands-on experience building and delivering solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, or related field
