What You Get to Do

- Design, build, test, and optimize front-end applications for AI-native product experiences.
- Create intuitive interfaces for AI-powered workflows such as copilots, assistants, intelligent search, recommendations, summarization, and guided actions.
- Integrate frontend experiences with LLM APIs, retrieval systems, and backend services.
- Translate product requirements into technical specs — decomposing features into component architecture, API contracts, and edge cases ahead of implementation.
- Own frontend architecture for your module and scale applications for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, backend, and AI/ML teams to deliver high-quality experiences.
- Instrument product usage, latency, and user interaction metrics to continuously improve AI UX.
- Propose cutting-edge solutions to complex problems with minimal guidance.
- Maintain strong engineering standards for accessibility, security,



observability, and performance.
- Stay current with evolving frontend, AI UX, and conversational-interface design patterns.

What You Bring:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in front-end application development.
- Strong expertise in React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern build tools such as webpack or Rspack.
- Experience building scalable frontend architectures, including micro-frontends where relevant.
- Hands-on experience creating production-grade UI for AI products or data-rich applications.
- Experience integrating frontend applications with REST/GraphQL APIs and AI services.
- Understanding of AI failure modes and how to design around them — timeouts, low-confidence outputs, hallucinations, and the fallback/moderation UX needed when models or retrieval fail.
- Strong knowledge of accessibility, security, and performance best practices.
- Experience with data visualization libraries such as Chart.js, D3, or Highcharts.
- Experience building and deploying React applications and monitoring application performance.
- Strong sense of product design and the ability to translate Figma designs into polished,



responsive experiences.
- Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Nice to Have

- Awareness of token/cost-efficient prompt design and the frontend patterns used with multi-agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
- Familiarity with agentic tooling concepts — skills, rules/guardrails, and MCP integrations — and how they surface in frontend UX.
- Familiarity with analytics, experimentation, and product telemetry for AI features.
- UI test automation, preferably using Playwright.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS or workflow software.
- Familiarity with Docker for local development environments
