Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Finance Executive to manage accounting, financial reporting, audits, taxation, and statutory compliance. The candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day finance operations and ensuring timely regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, reconciliations, and management reports.
- Manage day-to-day accounting, including AP/AR, bank reconciliation, ledgers, and cash flow
- Coordinate and manage company financial audits and provide required schedules/documents.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC/MCA, EPFO/PF, and other statutory filings.
- Manage statutory challan preparation, payments, and timely filings.
- Track compliance deadlines and ensure adherence to all applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, CAs, tax consultants, banks,



and other stakeholders.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and other finance-related activities.

Required Skills

- 4–7 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, audits, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, ITR, ROC filings, EPFO, challans, and other regulatory filings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally/ERP.
- Robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines independently.

Preferred

Prior experience in Affiliate Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Media, or Performance Marketing will be an added advantage.
