We are looking for a hands-on Finance & Compliance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations of a growing startup. The role requires solid execution skills in accounting, payroll, statutory compliance, and coordination with external auditors and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, MIS, reconciliations, and cash flow.
- Ensure timely statutory and tax compliance, including GST, TDS, income tax, PF, ESI, and other applicable requirements.
- Support payroll processing and labour law compliance.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, policies, and corporate governance standards.
- Coordinate with auditors, chartered accountants, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor client billing, vendor/publisher payments, receivables,



and financial reconciliations.
- Support budgeting, financial planning, and management reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or commerce.
- 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Experience in the affiliate marketing or digital marketing industry preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP/accounting platforms.
