Role Description The Senior Fashion Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North. This role involves providing personalized fashion consulting to customers, offering expert product recommendations aligned with their style preferences and needs. The consultant will guide customers through the brand’s collections, curate looks, and support the overall in-store experience, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Day-to-day tasks include maintaining up-to-date product and trend knowledge, supporting visual merchandising, collaborating with sales and store teams to achieve targets,



and representing the brand’s “Affordable Luxury Fashion” ethos in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Product Knowledge and an understanding of fabric, fits, and current fashion trends.
- Candidates should possess solid Fashion Consulting skills, including styling, outfit curation, and wardrobe planning.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse customers clearly and confidently.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and ensuring a premium store experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and working toward individual and store targets.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in fashion retail or luxury/affordable luxury brands, along with strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities, is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, maintain a professional appearance consistent with brand guidelines, and use basic digital tools or POS systems is advantageous.
