As we continue to scale across Bengaluru, we're looking for an experienced facilities leader who can build robust operational systems while maintaining premium service standards across our portfolio.

About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Facilities / Senior Facilities Manager to lead end-to-end facilities operations across multiple managed office locations. This leadership role is responsible for operational excellence, technical reliability, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, vendor governance, and outstanding client experience.

Compensation: ₹10–14 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Lead facilities operations across multiple locations and standardize SOPs.
- Oversee MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, DG, Fire & Safety, CCTV, Access Control, UPS, Elevators, STP/WTP and BMS.
- Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance for maximum uptime.
- Manage asset lifecycle, maintenance schedules, and asset registers.
- Lead vendor selection, AMC negotiations, SLA monitoring, and performance reviews.
- Prepare and manage annual facilities budgets and drive cost optimization.
- Ensure statutory compliance, safety audits,



insurance coordination, and regulatory inspections.
- Act as the senior escalation point for facility-related issues and ensure minimal operational disruption.
- Lead Facility Managers, Engineers, Technicians, and Support Staff through coaching and performance management.
- Lead new site mobilization, technical due diligence, project handovers, and operational readiness.
- Develop MIS dashboards covering maintenance, energy, breakdowns, vendor performance, and operational expenditure.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Facilities Management.
- Facility Management or Project Management certifications are preferred.

Experience

- 5-10 years of Facilities Management experience.
- Experience in managed workspaces, commercial real estate, corporate offices, hospitality, business parks, or Grade-A commercial buildings.
- Multi - site portfolio management experience preferred.

Required Skills

Technical: MEP systems, HVAC, Fire & Safety, Electrical, Preventive Maintenance, Asset Management, Vendor Management.

Leadership: Team Management, Stakeholder Management, Crisis Management, Budgeting, Cost Control, Strategic Planning.

Software: Advanced Excel, Google Workspace, CAFM tools (preferred).
