Role Description The Senior Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Jalgaon production facilities.

The Senior

Executive will oversee day-to-day operations, including coordination between production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of specialty chemicals and analytical products. This role involves monitoring key performance indicators, supporting implementation of process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Executive will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, prepare reports and documentation for management,



and assist in planning and executing initiatives that support productivity, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction. The position also includes mentoring team members, troubleshooting operational issues, and contributing to continuous improvement projects driven by R&D; and application teams.

Qualifications

- Strong operational management and coordination skills, with experience in production or manufacturing environments.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and use basic business and productivity software tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, ERP systems).
- Knowledge of chemical or process industries, preferably specialty chemicals or related sectors, and familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions and lead teams.
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and continuous improvement mindset, including experience with process optimization or quality initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Relevant experience in a senior or supervisory role within manufacturing, operations, or plant management.
- Willingness to work on-site in Jalgaon and engage closely with production and R&D; teams.
