We’re Hiring: Executive / Senior Executive – University Operations & MIS

Looking for a role where your data skills directly influence institutional decisions?

We are expanding our team at MIT World Peace University (MIT-WPU), Pune . We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented qualified to join our University Operations & MIS department.

This is not a routine administrative post. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to management dashboards, student analytics, fee tracking, ERP workflows, academic scheduling, and cross-functional institutional strategy.

Key Responsibilities

? Data, MIS & Live Dashboards

- Develop and maintain live dashboards covering student strength, admissions, fee collections, and key institutional KPIs.
- Prepare accurate MIS reports and analytical summaries for senior management.
- Analyze complex datasets to surface operational trends, gaps, and actionable insights.




- Automate and structure reporting formats to boost operational efficiency.

? Academic & University Operations

- Support academic timetable creation, scheduling, and planning.
- Partner with academic and administrative teams for smooth operational execution.
- Manage and analyze student records, supporting admissions and examination activities.

? ERP & Process Management

- Coordinate ERP updates, data validation, and process gap resolutions.
- Maintain operational trackers and monitor critical deliverables.
- Streamline existing workflows through smart data and technology integration.

? Management Reporting

- Deliver executive reports, presentations, and data-driven inputs for decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-departmental assignments and take ownership of institutional initiatives.

Who Should Apply?

Essential:

- Advanced Excel Expertise: Strong mastery of Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, nested IF/IFS statements, data cleaning, validation, and dynamic formulas.
- Practical experience building structured reports and interactive dashboards.
- Sharp analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.

Preferred:

- Hands-on experience with Power BI , ERP platforms,



or data analytics platforms.
- Prior exposure to higher education, academic operations, or institutional reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to automate recurring reports.

Note: Basic Excel knowledge will not fulfill the requirements for this role. Candidates must be confident in managing complex datasets and executive-level analytics.

Educational Qualification

- Undergraduate / Graduate candidates may apply.
- Preferred disciplines: Management, Commerce, Computer Applications, IT, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or Operations.
- Practical skill proficiency and relevant experience will carry significant weight.

Experience

- Executive: Freshers with strong, demonstrable Excel/MIS skills as well as experienced professionals are welcome.
- Senior Executive: Relevant prior experience in MIS, data analytics, university administration, ERP, or academic operations preferred.
