It serves as a key implementation agency for the Digital India programme, delivering Government-to-Citizen (G2C) services, digital literacy, and financial inclusion through a network of over 5.8 lakh CSC centres across the country.

Role Summary The Sr. Executive Loan Bazar will be responsible for driving and scaling the financial services and credit delivery portfolio across Telangana. The role will act as a key link between the CSC State Office, partner banks/NBFCs, CSC District Managers and the VLE network.

The primary focus will be on loan lead generation, pipeline management, loan disbursement, VLE engagement and training, and achievement of financial inclusion targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Growth

- Drive expansion of Loan Bazar services across all districts of Telangana.
- Promote products including Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Gold Loans, Business Loans, Agri-Loans, Micro-Loans, Vehicle Loans and Personal Loans.
- Develop district-specific strategies to increase credit penetration and financial inclusion.

2. VLE Network Management

- Engage, motivate and manage VLEs to increase participation in Loan Bazar services.
- Conduct regular training, webinars and workshops on loan products, eligibility and documentation.
- Resolve VLE queries, portal-related issues and commission-related grievances.

Loan Operations & Pipeline Management

- Monitor the complete loan lifecycle from lead generation to sanction and disbursement.
- Coordinate with bank branch managers and credit officers to expedite pending applications.
- Ensure quality lead generation and minimize loan rejection rates.

4. MIS, Analytics & Compliance

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS covering loan leads, logins, sanctions and disbursements.
- Monitor performance against state-level targets.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, banking norms and CSC policies.
- Monitor VLE commission payouts and reconcile financial data with partner institutions and Head Office.

Eligibility

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Banking or a related field. MBA/PG Diploma in Banking or Finance will be preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in retail loan operations, banking sales, NBFCs, DSA management or rural banking/financial inclusion initiatives.
- Experience with government/e-governance projects will be an advantage.
- Language: English and Telugu are mandatory; Hindi will be preferred.
- Technical: Positive knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and other advanced functions.
- Domain Knowledge: Good understanding of retail loan products, KYC, credit processes and financial inclusion.
- Willingness to travel across Telangana as required.
