This role is specifically for our client on retainer - ChatGPT India.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Executive to handle the day-to-day on one of our biggest accounts. This client posts daily, so the calendar never really stops, and you'll be the one keeping it moving: chasing approvals, coordinating with creative, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. You'll work closely with the Account Manager on this business, taking full ownership of the routine so they can focus on the bigger picture.

Because of who the client is, a real interest in tech and AI helps here. You don't need a technical background, but the work goes better when you're actually paying attention to the space.

This is the account the client interacts with every single day. That's not a small thing on a client this high-profile. The trust that makes this relationship work isn't built in the big pitches, it's built in the hundred small moments you own: the post that goes out on time, the feedback that gets closed the loop on, the calendar that never has a gap. This role requires someone who thrives in this rhythm and grows with the account over tme.

Key Responsibilities

Own the Day-to-Day

- Be the client's go-to for routine requests, questions, and approvals
- Keep the content and posting calendar on track, day in and day out
- Chase sign-offs before they become bottlenecks
- Flag anything that looks like it could become a bigger issue

Manage the Content Pipeline





- Coordinate with the creative and content teams to keep deliverables moving
- Make sure what goes out is on-brief, on-brand, and on time, every day
- Keep a clean, current WIP tracker that reflects what's actually happening
- Catch gaps in the calendar before they turn into missed posts

Support Client Communication

- Join client calls and keep clear notes on what was agreed
- Turn client feedback into next steps the internal team can act on
- Build the kind of day-to-day trust that makes the client comfortable coming to you directly

Support Reporting & Account Health

- Put together regular reports on what's gone out and how it's performing
- Keep the Account Manager looped in on anything worth knowing
- Help spot patterns in what's working so the team can do more of it

What We're Looking For

- 3-5 years in account management or client servicing, agency experience preferred
- Experience handling a retainer client with a daily posting or social media cadence
- Comfortable juggling calendars, approvals, and multiple stakeholders at once
- Genuine interest in tech and AI, and a willingness to learn fast
- Clear, organized communication, written and verbal
- Someone who doesn't let things slip, even when the day gets busy

Bonus Points If You Have

- Experience on a tech, AI, or product-led account
- A positive sense of social platforms and what makes content actually land
- Exposure to meme marketing, organic social, or culture-led content

Soft Skills

- Organized and on top of the details
- Proactive, flags problems before they're asked to
- Calm when the calendar gets tight
- Easy to work with, internally and with the client
- Curious about where AI and tech are headed

Experience & Background 2-4 years in account management, client servicing, or a similar client-facing role, ideally with agency experience and time spent on a fast-moving, daily-posting retainer account.

Note This role may occasionally need some flexibility around client and campaign timelines, including evening or weekend availability when things are moving fast.
