Senior Executive Banking & Cash Management

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented skilled to manage daily banking operations, cash flow, fund transfers, reconciliations, payments, and banking MIS. The candidate will coordinate with banks and internal Finance teams to ensure smooth and accurate financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily banking operations, fund transfers, and cash flow activities.
- Process and reconcile banking transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with banks for account management, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Monitor bank balances and support cash flow management.
- Process timely payments to vendors and other stakeholders.
- Prepare banking MIS and maintain accurate banking records.
- Handle bank reconciliation and maintain proper transaction documentation.




- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and banking processes.
- Coordinate with Finance & Accounts teams for smooth banking operations.

Qualification & Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Banking Operations, Cash Management, Treasury, Finance, or Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of banking transactions, fund transfers, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel and MIS preparation.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
