Role Description The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Client Servicing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions, understanding client objectives, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of marketing campaigns and content.

Responsibilities include preparing briefs, tracking project timelines, monitoring campaign performance, and proactively addressing client queries and concerns. The role involves supporting current business opportunities with existing clients, maintaining clear documentation, and ensuring consistent communication between clients and creative, strategy,



and production teams. The professional in this role is expected to contribute to client retention and growth by delivering reliable service and strategic input.

Qualifications

- Strong Client Services and Client Relations skills to manage accounts, build trust, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to handle feedback, resolve issues, and maintain positive long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey ideas clearly and present campaign plans and reports.
- Prior experience in an integrated or digital marketing agency setting is highly beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, presentation software, project management platforms).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
