Role Description The Senior Execution Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing modular support system installations at project sites, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

The Senior Execution

Engineer coordinates with design, procurement, and client teams, reviews drawings and technical documents, and oversees site teams to maintain quality and efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include site inspections,



resource planning, resolving execution-related issues, preparing progress reports, and supporting project handover and documentation. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers and technicians, contributing to continuous improvement of field practices, and representing the company in technical discussions with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in site execution, supervision, and project coordination within MEP, structural, or construction environments.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, technical specifications, and installation manuals.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards, quality control practices, and site resource management.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze site issues, propose practical solutions, and support continuous improvement in installation methods.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience with modular support systems, fastening technologies, or MEP installations is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with using basic project management tools and preparing clear progress and status reports.
