Role Description The Senior Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India, responsible for supporting and improving engineering, maintenance, production, process, utilities, and plant operations across the facility.

The role involves monitoring plant and equipment performance, troubleshooting technical and operational issues, coordinating maintenance and engineering activities, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising engineering activities, monitoring equipment and process performance, identifying technical issues, conducting root cause analysis, coordinating preventive and breakdown maintenance, supporting production and process improvement initiatives, reviewing engineering documentation, and assisting with installation, testing, and commissioning of plant equipment.

The Senior Engineer will work closely with production, maintenance, process, quality, utilities, projects, and other plant functions to minimize downtime, improve equipment reliability,



optimize plant performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
- Candidates from Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Production, Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related engineering disciplines are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, production, process operations, utilities, or plant operations.
- Candidates with 5–10+ years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in the food processing, maize processing, starch, agro-processing, chemical, FMCG, or process manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of plant machinery, manufacturing processes, utilities, equipment reliability, and industrial operations.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, breakdown management, process improvement, or plant operations.
- Solid problem-solving, root cause analysis, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to coordinate and guide engineers, technicians, operators, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with production, maintenance, quality, utilities, projects, and engineering departments.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, equipment manuals, SOPs, and plant documentation.
- Good knowledge of plant safety, operational standards, engineering practices, and compliance requirements.
- Good planning, documentation, reporting, communication, and team-coordination skills.
- Strong focus on safety, equipment reliability, productivity, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
