Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution

- Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely completion within defined budget and quality parameters.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines, and track progress against set milestones.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to align objectives and resolve issues promptly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications and decisions.

Resource & Budget Management

- Monitor project budgets and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Prepare and review financial reports and cost analysis for ongoing and completed projects.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

- Lead, supervise, and mentor junior engineers and site teams to ensure performance and career development.




- Allocate responsibilities and ensure adherence to project deadlines.

Risk Management & Compliance

- Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and legal compliance.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation, including technical drawings, change orders, and progress reports.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with procurement, design, legal, and finance teams to achieve overall project success.
- Ensure seamless integration of all functional areas into the project workflow.
