Job Overview: This Position is to take care of instrumentation Maintenance activities in a fully Automated Gypsum plaster & Board Plant independently.
Skills Required: Knowledge on Maintenance & calibration of Level, Flow, Pressure & temperature Transmitters and Belt weigh feeders’ maintenance &
- Calibration is critical Should have Hands on Experience in Siemens S7-400 PLC &
- WinCC SCADA Application Should have good Knowledge on Fire Alarm Systems &
- CCTV. Should have good Knowledge of Burner management Systems Should have good knowledge on Weighing Systems like (Weigh Scales, Bins &
- Weigh bridges) maintenance &
- Calibration Person should be self-driven, should have positive interpersonal & team-work skills. Knowledge of WCM, SAP &
- IMS systems will be an added advantage
