About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior EDI Implementation Consultant to manage and support end-to-end EDI onboarding, implementation, mapping, and integration activities with trading partners and clients.

The ideal candidate should possess robust functional and technical knowledge of EDI processes, transaction sets, mapping, communication protocols, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage end-to-end EDI implementation projects
- Gather and analyze client/business requirements
- Develop and maintain EDI maps and workflows
- Coordinate trading partner onboarding and testing activities
- Configure communication protocols such as AS2, SFTP, FTP, and VAN
- Handle EDI transaction monitoring and issue resolution
- Support production deployments and post-production activities
- Work closely with clients, internal teams, and business stakeholders
- Troubleshoot EDI mapping, integration, and connectivity issues
- Ensure successful delivery within timelines
- Provide support for change requests and enhancements
- Prepare technical and functional documentation

Required Skills
- Strong experience in EDI implementation and support
- Hands-on experience with EDI standards:
- ANSI X12
- EDIFACT
- XML / JSON
- Experience with EDI transaction.
- Good understanding of supply chain, logistics, or retail EDI processes
- Experience in EDI mapping and translation
- Knowledge of AS2, FTP, SFTP, and VAN connectivity
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Client interaction and stakeholder management experience

- Experience with EDI tools/platforms such as:
- Cleo
- IBM Sterling
- Seeburger
- SPS Commerce
- Boomi
- ERP integration knowledge
- Basic SQL and scripting knowledge
- API integration exposure
- Agile/Scrum experience
