About the Role

Recnaile Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead digital marketing activities, strengthen our technology brand, and generate qualified B2B leads across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing and B2B lead-generation strategies.
- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Plan and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Drive SEO, SEM, website traffic, and organic lead generation.
- Create and manage technical content, blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, case studies, and product content.
- Manage email marketing, lead nurturing, CRM, and marketing automation.
- Track and analyze leads, CPL, conversions, campaign ROI, website traffic, and SEO performance.
- Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports and provide actionable insights.




- Work closely with the Sales team to generate, qualify, and convert marketing leads.
- Develop brand presence in Drone/UAV, Electronics, EMS, PCB, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Technology sectors.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or related field.
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Robust experience in B2B marketing and lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, SEM, and Email Marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, content-writing, and campaign-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage marketing campaigns and deliver measurable results.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in B2B Technology / Engineering / Manufacturing.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Canva / Adobe tools.
- Video editing and website/CMS knowledge.
